What I Look For

I only accept high-quality, original content. Your article must fit into one of my core categories:

  • Rural Income: Side hustles, small-town business ideas, and hobby farming monetization.
  • Smart Equipment: Reviews and guides on tools, trucks, and farm machinery.
I primarily accept deeply researched pitches that tie directly into my core frameworks, such as our Alternative Asset Index or my agricultural property case studies.

Editorial & Content Guidelines

To maintain my editorial standards, all submissions must meet the following criteria:
  • Length: Minimum of 800+ words of well-researched, actionable content.
  • Originality: Must pass Copyscape. I do not accept AI-generated fluff or plagiarized text.
  • Formatting: Use short paragraphs, subheadings (H2/H3), and bullet points for readability.
  • Images: Include at least one high-resolution featured image with proper copyright usage rights.

Link Policy & Search Compliance

I strictly follow search engine guidelines to protect my site and yours:
  • Paid links will be marked with rel="sponsored" or rel="nofollow" tags.
  • We allow a maximum of 2 contextual links to your client or website.
  • We do not link to low-quality, spammy, or unrelated neighborhood sites.

How to Submit a Proposal

In your email, please include:

  3. Links to your previous published work or the target website.
Note:  I charge a standard administrative and publishing fee for all commercial and sponsored content. Rates will be provided upon review of your proposal.
