How soon can I get started working?

It’s possible to get started working within a day of signing up!

Exact timing depends on how quickly you complete the onboarding process (including any background check that might be required to perform the specific job you accept) as well as availability of jobs in your area.

How do I get paid?

All payments are made through the Wonolo app.

You can choose whether you want to be paid directly into a bank account or debit card when onboarding.

Wonoloers are paid per shift and generally receive payment 1-5 business days after a job is completed.

However, in some cases payment can take longer.

Your opportunities to find future work through Wonolo may be limited if you fail to show up to a job or withdraw with less than 12 hours’ notice.

Where and when can I work?

Wonolo provides a flexible way to work where and when you want.

Once you’re cleared to accept jobs, you can work anywhere Wonolo is available as long as you meet the requirements for that specific job.

Are Wonoloers employees or independent contractors?

Some jobs on the Wonolo app are for employment and others are for independent contractors.

A Wonoloer can accept jobs posted by business seeking employees or those seeking independent contractors.

Per IRS guidelines, all Wonoloers will receive the required tax documents (i.e., a 1099-MISC and/or a Form W-2) by the end of January following the year you worked.
