Your job will be to login to our auto-dialer from your home and talk with people by phone… via your computer and headset… in an attempt to acquire an immediate donation by credit/debit card over the phone or a promise (Pledge) for a donation by mail.

Our auto-dialer feeds you with live calls when someone answers their phone.

You will NOT be wasting valuable phone time dialing-out and dealing with voicemail, busy signals, no-answers and such.

While on shift you typically receive a new call within seconds of hanging-up your previous call.

Our dialer is set to call businesses during the day Monday through Friday from 9:00AM to 5:00PM Eastern Standard Time and residential calling on evenings until 9:00PM Eastern Standard Time.

We also call residential on Saturdays between 9:00AM through 8:00PM Eastern Standard Time.

Depending on when you login to our auto-dialer, you will be calling businesses and/or residential.

Work at home telemarketing requires a “thick-skinned” person who is a self starter with the discipline to sit at your desk and stick with it for your entire shift even if you are having a tough day.

This job is NOT easy!… It takes a special person!… You should have your own home-office.

Our phone scripts are proven to be successful over twelve years of tweaking and refining, short and to the point, while giving your donor prospect strong incentive to donate.

NROTC Work At Home Telemarketing Requirements

• A regular Windows based PC or laptop computer. Our program does NOT work with tablets, smart phones OR MAC COMPUTERS
• A personal WIRED high-speed internet connection. Our program will NOT work with Wi-Fi, pirated Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi Access Points or Hotspots.
• A headset with microphone. Headsets can be purchased for about $20.00 at many retail locations. A USB headset is recommended.

You Must Have A Minimum Of Two Years Telemarketing Experience

Anyone with closing for a credit/debit card by phone experience is encouraged to apply.

We very-much prefer people with incoming feed auto-dialer experience.

Work at home telemarketing experience is preferred.

You must be willing to work at least 25 hours per week.

How Do I Get Paid?

NROTC does NOT pay by the hour for work from home.

This is a commission based job reserved for experienced work from home telemarketing professionals.

We prefer TELE-FUNDRAISING PROFESSIONALS!…

We pay a very generous 40% new business commission and 30% renewal (tap) commission.

If you are the experienced professional we are looking for you can expect your earnings to be $400 to $600 per week or more after you have built up your pipeline of pledges for 30 days or so.

If you are good at closing for credit/debit card donations you can expect faster decent earnings.

The experienced callers we are looking for should be able to develop these earnings amounts while working approximately 30 hours per week… While you work from home!

In Summary: We cannot tell you exactly how much you will earn. It’s straight commission… It depends on how hard you work at it and how experienced you are… Many people want to donate to help disadvantaged and homeless veterans.

You might just earn some real good money with us while raising donation dollars to support a very worthy and noble cause!

We are also looking for Work At Home Telemarketing Sales Rep, TSR MANAGERS, and Team Leaders who can demonstrate experience monitoring online dialer systems while managing TSR’s and/or working as donation verifiers.

We provide extra override income for our managers.
