Group home demand has taken off although it is sad; but as winners, we don’t have time to dwell on the bad and or sad things.
We must take action and understand that success is our duty.
It is our duty to our families as well as us as individuals.
That brings me to ask what is really happening in America?
Over the last ten years, people throughout the United States are losing their jobs to foreigners.
Sometimes, the job is literally outsourced to a sweatshop oversees.
Other times, the large multi-national corporations literally obtain H1B and H2B visas, and bring people over to do the jobs …
Many of these individuals are happily married, and have been living a comfortable life making $45,000 – $95,000 per year.
The next thing they know, their boss says something like this, “Hey Johnny, we have a new employee named Sam coming over from India (or wherever). I need you to train him so that he understands the ins and outs of your job.”
Johnny pleasantly obliges.
After three weeks of training, the new foreigner employee, Sam is up and going and understands the ins and outs of his daily tasks.
But guess what?
Sam makes $35,000 per year not $95,000 per year.
The company is saving $70,000 by using Sam and no longer needs Johnny!
Do you think Johnny may be a bit depressed going forward?
Do you think it is going to be easy for Johnny to immediately replace his old salary?
How do you think Johnny is going to cope trying to support a wife, a mortgage and two children?
Do you think Johnny may turn to the bottle for solace?
It is unpleasant, it is sad, but it is real and is happening every single day throughout the country …
This exact situation is playing out over and over and over again in the Group Home business.
Because for every 3-4 Johnny’s, 1 of them is going to completely hit rock bottom and eventually need a case worker, social worker and therapist to help get him back on his feet.
And, that is where the opportunity arises.
The case workers will literally be calling you LEFT AND RIGHT trying to place people like Johnny into a GROUP HOME, CARE HOME, SOBER HOME OR TRANSITIONAL HOME THAT YOU RUN!
The demand is huge.
