Look for an expensive rural home for sale or contact Real Estate offices, sign a corporate promissory note for yearly rental, with probable option to buy later, and move in.
A promissory note is a written document indicating a promise to repay money according to the terms stated in the note.
When a corporation gives a promissory note for receiving a loan, the note should be signed by an authorized corporate officer, typically the president.
If the note is for 90 days, you may not have to pay rent.
Or, you can make small monthly payments if necessary.
First option if you want to keep the house and buy it is: Go to the owner and offer a lower price than originally advertised.
Second option is to pay cash for a lower price and corporation stock for the balance.
Third option is to get a loan from your credit union or savings and loan bank for a lower price.
Or do this: Become a house-sitter.
Live in a luxury rural home for the homeowner who may be away traveling for months, etc.
If you live in a large rural city, you can probably get “all year free rent” by simply house-sitting for different rural homeowners and using previous clients as references.
